How much does shipping cost?
Most of our products require a insured shipping rate at $1.99. we offer free insured shipping once your order reaches $29.  All our items are shipped out separately unless you purchase two or more of the same thing.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 8-20 business days. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@puppyippee.com.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Can you provide me with a tracking number?
Sorry, some orders not provide tracking numbers as it would increase our cost for shipping. Please be patient and wait 2-5 weeks for delivery.

 I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee
Invalid Reasons:
1.Buyer no longer wants the items - This is the most common example which Puppyippee does not   tolerate. Buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
2.Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Are there customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs?
In some cases, there will be VAT or custom duties levied by your destination country. The recipient must pay additional charges for custom duties or taxes. Custom duties and taxes vary from country to country.

Will my order come in one package?
In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages.

What is the refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. You may return an item that you are not satisfied with within 30 days after receiving your order and receive a full refund once we receive the returned package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Please note that any shipping fee you paid for the order will not be included in the refund. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • All returned item/s must be in resalable condition, item/s that arrived damaged will not be eligible for refund.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake
